This project was featured and sold at the 2019 Armonk Outdoor Art Show, which is the second largest outdoor art show in the country.
Project description:
This project is a take on a traditional portrait design. I took a picture of my friend and separated the picture into different layers through photoshop. Separating the layers allowed me to keep the normal 3-D look of the picture while also getting rid of any detail on his body. Each layer that was separated gets a different pattern to show its differences. When I created this project, it was a series of portraits, but now I only showcase this one. This project was a very interesting take on a portrait and makes the viewers think about how it was created.
